Service Description
At RuCo Learning Center, we believe no child should struggle with homework alone. That’s why we offer personalized K–12 homework help designed to build understanding, confidence, and independence. You bring the homework, and we work with your student to get it done! (50 minute session) Whether your child needs support in reading, math, science, writing, or organization, we meet them where they are and help them grow from there. Each session is led by caring, experienced educators who tailor instruction to your child’s unique learning style. We focus on real progress, not pressure. With flexible scheduling, in-person and virtual options, after-school sessions, and weekend availability, RuCo is here to help take the stress out of homework and turn it into a stepping stone for lifelong learning.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Online Booking Policy – RuCo Learning Center To ensure the best experience for all families, please review our online booking policy before scheduling a session: 1. Booking Window: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day sessions may be available by phone request only. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in a 50% session fee. 3. No-Shows: If a student does not attend a booked session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, we’ll do our best with the remaining time, but full payment still applies. 5. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless you are on a prepaid or subscription plan. We accept all major credit/debit cards. 6. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon booking. A reminder will also be sent 24 hours prior to your session. 7. Questions or Changes?
