Refund Policy

At RuCo Learning Center, we understand that schedules can change. In order to maintain the integrity of our tutoring calendar and respect the time of our educators and students, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling
   

•    Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge if notice is given          at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
   

•    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full for the          missed session.
   

•    Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of priority                      scheduling or termination of services.

Refunds

•    Prepaid sessions are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled in accordance                with the cancellation policy above.
 

•    If RuCo Learning Center cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a            make-up session will be offered or a refund will be issued upon request.

Legal Disclaimer

RuCo Learning Center reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. By enrolling in tutoring services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and consistency for all students and staff. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of RuCo Learning Center and must be documented in writing.
