We focus on real progress, not pressure, and we’re proud to offer flexible scheduling with in-person and virtual options, including after-school and weekend sessions. Cancellation Policy
📅 Online Booking Policy – RuCo Learning Center To ensure the best experience for all families, please review our online booking policy before scheduling a session: 1. Booking Window: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day sessions may be available by phone request only. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in a 50% session fee. 3. No-Shows: If a student does not attend a booked session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, we’ll do our best with the remaining time, but full payment still applies. 5. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless you are on a prepaid or subscription plan. We accept all major credit/debit cards. 6. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon booking. A reminder will also be sent 24 hours prior to your session. 7. Questions or Changes?
